the ai service.
Training

AI training on your own work, not a generic course.

A hands-on half day on the jobs you actually do, using the tools you already have. You leave knowing what saves time, what is safe to put in, and what to leave alone.

What is AI training?

Time spent learning to use AI on your own work, with somebody beside you who knows the tools and knows where the line is.

Not slides about the future. Your emails, your documents and your spreadsheets, on the day.

What we do

We pick the jobs with you beforehand, then spend a half day working through them: just you, or everyone who would be using it. We start with the software you already pay for, because it usually does far more than anyone has noticed.

You come away with a one-page note of how you use AI here, and a follow-up call once you have had a go.

What training helps with

  • Getting value from software you already pay for
  • Writing emails, letters and reports faster
  • Summarising documents and meetings
  • Finding things in your own files
  • Knowing what is safe to put in
  • Everybody working to the same rules

Training that sticks

Built so it is still being used next month.

01

It is your own work

We use your real jobs, so what you learn is what you will use on Monday.

02

It is hands-on

You do it on your own screen, with help beside you. Nobody sits through slides.

03

There is a follow-up

A call a few weeks later, once you have tried it on your own, to sort whatever came up.

04

Everyone knows where the line is

What can go in, what never does, and who checks the result, taught alongside the tools.

What we cover

Built around your week.

We pick from these with you beforehand, so the half day goes on the work that takes up your time.

Emails, letters and reports, fasterSummarising documents and meetingsFinding things in your own filesSpreadsheets and figuresFirst drafts you then editGetting more from what you already pay for
What never goes in

The safety rules, taught alongside the tools.

The part of the session only we would run. Everybody leaves knowing exactly where the line sits.

Client and personal information

Which tools it may go into, and which it never does.

Anything somebody signs

AI drafts and checks. A person reads it and puts their name to it.

Free or personal accounts

Why work stays on the accounts the business controls, and how to make that the easy option.

The one AI rule worth having before any others

How it works

Four steps, and the half day is only one of them.

01

A short call

To pick the jobs worth spending the time on.

02

The half day

On those jobs, with your own tools, hands-on.

03

A one-page sheet

How we use AI here: what for, what never, and who checks.

04

A follow-up call

A few weeks on, once you have had a go.

The cheapest win

You are probably already paying for it.

Business software has added a great deal of AI in the last two years, and almost nobody has been back to look at what theirs now does. The quickest win is often switching on what you already have, and learning to use it properly.

Insights

You are probably already paying for it

How to check what your existing subscriptions now include, and what tends to be sitting there unused.

Who it is for

Three situations it suits.

You pay for Copilot or Microsoft 365 and barely use it
We show you what it does with your own documents, and what is worth switching on.
One person in the office “does the AI”
We get everyone else to the same place, so it does not all depend on one person.
You are regulated, and everyone needs to know the rules
We teach the rules alongside the tools, and write them down on one page.

Before you ask

The things people usually want to know.

Do we need to be technical?

Not at all. If you can write an email and open a spreadsheet, you have everything you need. We work at whatever pace suits the room.

Which tools do you teach?

The ones you already have, wherever we can: usually Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. We do not resell software, so there is nothing for us to sell you.

Can it be done online?

Yes. In person anywhere in Scotland, or by video if that is easier. It works either way.

Who should come?

Just you, or everybody who would be using it. We shape the half day around whoever is in the room.

What does it cost?

A fixed price, agreed with you before anything is booked.

Bring the job that takes up your week.

Twenty minutes on the phone, free. Tell us which tools you have and what takes the time, and we will tell you what a half day would cover.
