Automation

AI automation that fits the way you already work.

We take a job that comes round again and again, and build something that does the fetching, the typing and the drafting, connected to the software you already use. A person still checks it, and you own what we build.

What is AI automation?

Software that does a repeated job the way a person would. It reads what has arrived, pulls out the details, drafts the next step and updates the record, then hands it to a person to check before anything leaves the business.

What we do

We pick the job with you, usually from the audit shortlist, and build it around the software you already have. We test it against a real week rather than a demo, show whoever will use it how it works, and hand it over documented.

Support is included after handover, and the price is fixed and agreed before anything starts.

What automation helps with

  • Getting through the paperwork in less time
  • Typing the same details once, not three times
  • Nothing slipping through a busy fortnight
  • Reports ready on a schedule
  • Taking on more without taking on more cost
  • A record of what was done, and when

See what it would be worth before anything is built.

The audit puts a number on every job first. A free call tells you whether that is worth doing.

Where the hours come back from

A week, before and after.

An example, not a client. Every “after” still has a person in it.

The job
Before
After
Chasing documents
Reminders written one at a time, whenever somebody remembers.
Reminders drafted on a schedule, ready for you to send.
The month-end report
Figures copied in from three places on a Friday night.
The report ready on a schedule, with anything odd flagged for a person.
New enquiries
Replies wait in an inbox until there is a gap in the day.
Every enquiry acknowledged, and the reply drafted for you to check.
Meeting notes
Typed up later, if at all.
Notes and actions written up for somebody to confirm.
The same details, twice
Typed into one system, then typed again into the next.
Read once, and drafted into the next system for a person to check.
An example

Chasing that runs itself.

It knows what is still outstanding, drafts the reminder on a schedule, and puts it in front of you to send. When something arrives, it is ticked off. When something goes wrong, it comes to you rather than failing quietly.

  • Works from your own wording
  • Shows you what it is about to send
  • Stops the moment you say stop
What we build

Seven jobs worth handing over.

Not a platform, and not a transformation programme. Small, specific pieces of work that take a recurring job off your hands, each one quoted on its own.

Chasing that runs itself

The paperwork gathers itself in.

  • Knows exactly what is still outstanding
  • Drafts the reminder, on a schedule
  • Comes to you the moment it stops working

Checks before work lands

Nothing reaches your desk half-finished.

  • Reads what has arrived against what the job needs
  • Produces a short list of what is missing
  • Saves the re-work later on

First drafts and document packs

Start from something, not a blank page.

  • Assembled from your own templates and wording
  • Formatted the way you already do it
  • You edit rather than type

Enquiry follow-up

Nothing slips through a busy fortnight.

  • Every enquiry acknowledged and picked up
  • Sensible follow-up on a schedule
  • Everything in one place, not in an inbox

Digging through an archive

Finding what is buried in old files.

  • Reads years of documents in an afternoon
  • Pulls out what you actually need listed
  • Drafts the entries for you to check

Reports that build themselves

The pack somebody assembles by hand.

  • Pulled together from wherever it lives
  • Produced on a schedule, ready to look at
  • Anything odd flagged for a person

Questions answered from your own files

Ask your own documents.

  • Searches your own policies, templates and past work
  • Shows where every answer came from
  • Stays inside the business

Not on the list: assistants that act on their own. Our promise is that nothing leaves the business without a person saying yes, and a tool that sends by itself would break it.

How every job runs

A person checks before anything leaves.

Whatever the job, it follows the same shape. The checking step is not optional, and it is never automated away.

01

It arrives

An email, a form, a document.

02

It is read

The details pulled out and put in order.

03

It is drafted

The reply, the entry or the next step, prepared.

04 · Always a person

A person checks

Yes, no, or change it. Nothing skips this.

05

Sent or filed

Only after a yes, and recorded when it happens.

Built in as standard

Not an extra, and not a document nobody ever reads.

These come with everything we build, whether or not your business is regulated.

It shows its working
Every step is recorded as it happens: what it looked at, what it did, and when. If somebody asks how a document came to say what it says, there is an answer, and it takes a minute to find.
Your information stays yours
We build on business tools with proper agreements behind them, not free public chatbots. What you put in is not used to train anybody’s model, and we will sign whatever your business needs us to sign.
A person signs off
Anything that leaves the business, and anything that commits you to something, waits until somebody says yes.
An off switch
Everything can be paused or switched off without the work stopping. The way you do it today still works underneath, and it stays that way.
Written down
What it does, what it deliberately does not do, and who is responsible for it. One page, plain English, yours to keep.

More on where the line sits: Doing it safely.

One job, worked through

Residual client balances, without the spreadsheet marathon.

Leftover balances on closed matters are mostly retrieval work. The example walks through how the picture for each one can be read, listed and drafted, while a person makes every decision.

Worked example

Read it end to end

What the job involves, what the software does, and what stays with a person. Written as an example of what the building actually involves.

What it costs

A fixed price, once the audit is done.

We price the building once we both know the shape of the job, so you are not paying for a guess. The price is agreed in writing before anything starts, and support after handover is included.

Before you ask

The things people usually want to know.

Will it send anything on its own?

No. Anything that leaves the business waits until a person says yes. Drafted, sorted and chased, and you press send.

Do we need new software?

Usually not. We build around what you already use, and often the first finding is that something you already pay for will do part of the job.

What happens if it stops working?

It comes to you rather than failing quietly, you carry on the old way, and we fix it. The way you do it today still works underneath.

Who owns what you build?

You do, outright. It comes documented, so somebody else could pick it up and carry on.

What does it cost?

A fixed price, agreed in writing before anything starts. We price it after the audit, once we both know the shape of the job, and support after handover is included.

Start with the job you would happily never do again.

Tell us which part of the week it is. Twenty minutes, free, and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth building.
