What we do

We find it, we build it, and we get you using it.

Four things, and you can take one or all of them. Every job starts with your business rather than the technology, and nothing here commits you to whatever comes next.

How we help

Four ways in. Take one, or all of them.

“Where would AI actually help us?”

We find it

We sit down with you and go through how the week actually goes. Then we come back with the two or three jobs worth handing over, a rough number against each, and a short plan in plain English. This is the audit, and it is where nearly everyone starts. It is the one thing on this page with a price on it, because it is the one thing we ask you to decide about up front.

“Can someone just make it work?”

We build it

This is where the time actually comes back. We make the thing, connect it to the software you already use, and test it against a real week rather than a demo. You own it outright and it comes documented, so another person could pick it up. Support is included after we hand it over, and the price is fixed and agreed before anything starts.

“How do we actually get using it?”

We get you using it

A hands-on half day working on your own jobs rather than a generic course — just you, or everyone who would be using it. Most businesses are already paying for software that does far more than they realise, so this is frequently the quickest win of the lot, and the cheapest.

“And when things change?”

We stay with you

Optional, and only where it is worth it. A regular half day a month to keep things running, look at whatever is new and worth having, and be on the end of the phone when something comes up. We will tell you plainly if you do not need it.

What we build

Six things we would put near the front of the queue.

Not a platform, and not a transformation programme. Small, specific pieces of work that take a recurring job off your hands, each one quoted on its own.

Chasing that runs itself

The paperwork gathers itself in.

  • Knows exactly what is still outstanding
  • Drafts the reminder, on a schedule
  • Comes to you the moment it stops working

Checks before work lands

Nothing reaches your desk half-finished.

  • Reads what has arrived against what the job needs
  • Produces a short list of what is missing
  • Saves the re-work later on

First drafts and document packs

Start from something, not a blank page.

  • Assembled from your own templates and wording
  • Formatted the way you already do it
  • You edit rather than type

Enquiry follow-up

Nothing slips through a busy fortnight.

  • Every enquiry acknowledged and picked up
  • Sensible follow-up on a schedule
  • Everything in one place, not in an inbox

Digging through an archive

Finding what is buried in old files.

  • Reads years of documents in an afternoon
  • Pulls out what you actually need listed
  • Drafts the entries for you to check

Reports that build themselves

The pack somebody assembles by hand.

  • Pulled together from wherever it lives
  • Produced on a schedule, ready to look at
  • Anything odd flagged for a person
How it works

Five steps, and you can stop after any of them.

01

A chat

Twenty minutes. A conversation, not a pitch.

02

A look

We find the work worth doing, and say what is not.

03

A plan

Plain English, with numbers and a fixed price.

04

We build it

Made to fit the way you already work.

05

It’s yours

Yours to run, with us behind you.

Start here

One fixed price, and you’ll know exactly where AI fits.

We price the building, the training and the ongoing support once the audit is done and we both know the shape of the job. It saves you paying for a guess.

What you get for it

  • A day spent looking at how the work really flows
  • The two or three jobs worth handing to AI, with a rough number against each
  • A straight note of anything we think you should leave well alone
  • A short plan in plain English, easiest win first
  • A written AI policy if your business is regulated and needs one
  • A follow-up call four weeks later, once you have had a go

We will tell you whether the audit is worth your money before you spend any of it.

Not sure which one you need? That’s fine.

Tell us how the week goes and we will point you at the cheapest thing that would actually help — and if that is nothing, we will say so on the call.
